Meet the Founder of Learn & Bloom
Caroline Anderson

Following her life-long dream of being a teacher, Caroline has always felt passionately that the education system doesn’t always lead with the child and wanted to work to redress this balance. This is why Learn & Bloom was created.

After rising through the teaching ranks quite quickly, Caroline becomes an assistant Head Teacher and a leading teacher for literacy in Cambridgeshire. Despite enjoying the role immensely, she always knew her passion lay in making a difference for the individual children with whom she worked with.

Learn & Bloom has rapidly expanded with a passionate, experienced tutor team who bring fantastic education to pupils across the UK. As educators, we share the same ethos which is to empower children with confidence and offer individualised teaching of Maths, English and Science.
